"Nous avons apprécié l’emplacement, vraiment dans le vieux Nice , tout se faisait à pieds. Des commerces de bouches à proximité ( boucher et primeur) un Monoprix à 5 minutes ! Les équipements très qualitatifs et en nombres. Cafetière pouvant accepter des capsules de plusieurs marques !!! Lave vaisselle de qualité grand réfrigérateur congélateur etc…. La luminosité de l’appartement. La déco très sympa même si cela reste très personnel ! En tout cas c’était à notre goût 👍"

"Rien à redire même si les 4 étages sans ascenseur peuvent être considérés comme une difficulté. C’est bon pour notre santé même si le 1 er jour de notre arrivée nous avons pestés, le 2 eme jour c’était une formalité."

"Communication with the owner was excellent. The apartment is spacious, clean and very well equipped. Great location in the old town opposite the park. Very quiet no noise from neighbours or passing traffic. Great cafes and deli just downstairs where we bought our morning croissants, delicious. Easy walk down to the seafront. Lovely little balcony with seating, from there you can see Castle hill waterfall in the distance."

"I thought the stairs might have been a problem but we only travelled with a small back pack each so we managed quite easily. Good exercise to burn off the croissants!"

"One minor issue was the water did not did not drain very well in the shower if using the big shower head but we got around that by using the handheld shower head instead."

"Hot water ran out for the last person in the shower a few times and it’s a heck of a hike up several sets of stairs with suitcases as there is no lift. These do not detract from the fact I would definitely return but perhaps something for families and less abled people to consider."

Lovely and helpful host. Really impressed with our stay everything was 10/10. Apartment was fully equipped with an iron, kettle and many other appliances."

"Only small thing is there is a lot of steps and no lift so may not suit elderly people. Other than that 10/10 amazing stay !!"
